The Triumph Bonneville-800 is an air cooled recreation of the famous roaster of the 1960s and 1970's, the engine has been styled to look like the old one but underneath its very modern, in-fact the whole bike is made to look retro but made with modern parts, perhaps in this fast moving world a bit of reliable nostalgia is a good thing.

This motorbike is truly not a bad copy of the original, it looks the part and does quite a good job, and you do not have to suffer a puddle of oil underneath every time you leave it.

Even though this type of battery needs no maintenance it still should be charged, this is OK if you use your bike every day come sun or shine, but if you are a seasonal rider then our best advice would be to take the battery off, charge and store, then charge every six weeks (do not leave on charger more than twenty four hours), everything else is a compromise, as long as you know that then you can work out the best way that fits into your lifestyle.

This is an AGM type batty after activation, they will be sufficient power to start a normal engine but if you do so ensure you go for a good 30 minute run afterward to get the power back into it as the first charge is very important. You should check you are ordering the correct battery for your bike, all the specs are on this page, do not activate the battery before ensuring it fits as it can not be returned once this has been done.
