This is a AGM type battery after activation, there will be sufficient energy to start your bike as it's dry charged and will be as fresh as the day it left the factory, but the first charge is important so once you have got your Triumph started then take her for a thirty-minute run to replenish the energy levels. If you ride your Daytona-955i all year round then you are already doing the best to look after your battery, if not then you should know that there will always be a drain on the energy level, the battery will naturally and slowly deteriorate so our best advice would be if you are not riding it for a season, take the battery off the bike and charge then again every six weeks but do not leave on the charger for more than 24-hours.
