This Smart-UPS with the code SMT750 on the reverse is a mini tower or uninterruptible power supply with a LCD or liquid crystal display for ease of use to view potential problems with battery levels as well as many other things, the unit takes a battery module, it is a 500watt 750VA system with a nominal voltage output of 120v.

Expected life span of batteries in this system is between three to five years in normal conditions, this can indeed be reduced if there is insufficient ventilation where it is positioned so ensure it is sited where a good circulation of air is available.
