Even though the batteries that we will send out to you will almost be fully charged the UPS will still need to fulfil and complete a full service charge when installed, it goes without saying that until this has finished you will not have the benefit of full runtime protection, our best advice would be to start the system without any load until fully charged if you have the opportunity, it helps reset to new energy level properly.
