After you have unpacked your new battery order from us you will note that they will have a good charge in them, regardless of this you still need to complete a full charge before first use, it should not take that long to finish the charge, just until the charger lights indicates its ready, if really in doubt overnight will be more than enough but it's doubtful you would need to leave it that long, this first step is important so do not ignore it, do not use without this initial charge, doing so can shorten expected life span.
