The batteries you receive from us will be almost fully charged, but you should still charge them before first use, the only time you do not need to do this is if it's going into something with its own always connected power supply, for example a UPS system, as this will do the job of charging for you, the charge time will depend on your charger, just leave it on until it indicates its finished, do not miss out this important first step, it will help set them up and possibly extend the possible overall life expectancy of them
