This is a valve regulated lead acid battery which combines its technology with absorbed glass mat producing a hardy and capable 12v cell that will not leak even if mounted on its side offering a flexible power source that can be used in portable products.
We have noticed this being used in a number of different devices, golf cart trolleys, car jump start booster packs, mobility scooters, computer and telecoms battery back up uninterruptible power supplies to name just a few.
If being used in a portable type device then charge fully before first use, charge again after every use, no good trying to run it down as that will just shorten the life and if not being used then charge every 8-weeks.
Non hazardous - safe to use indoors.
