Although the battery will be almost fully charged when you receive it you should still charge before using, charge after every use, if not being used then also every eight weeks. Please keep in mind that we have noticed on rare occasions some versions of this battery have reversed terminals. This means that the positive is on the right when closest to you instead of the left.
