IBT BT2.9-12PSG battery rechargeable 12-volt sealed AGM.
Replacement IBT BT2.9-12PSG battery pack, 12-volt valve regulated sealed lead acid 2.9Ah batteries used in things like hoists, stair climbers and other devices.

This is a sealed lead acid battery pack, it will not leak if mounted on its side and its safe to use in doors, it is not-hazardous, it is quite often used in pairs to make 24-volt in patient hoists both human and animals as well as things like parcel stair climbers, we have even seen them in portable music speakers and sound or public address system amplifiers.

Best way to keep this kind of battery is to keep it charged, do before first and after each use, do so every eight weeks if not being used on a regular basis, this does not mean leaving it on the charger for more than 16 hours either which may do more damage than good and shorten expected life, just charge until ready and remove.
