After you have unpacked your new battery order from us you will note that they will have a good charge in them, regardless of this you still need to complete a full charge before first use, the charge time will depend on your charger, just leave it on until it indicates its finished, you might just want to fit them and use, but that would be unwise, missing out on charging them first could shorten overall life expectancy.
It may not be apparent but it will take a few charges and associated use in your device before the battery is capable of receiving a full capacity charge, this is quite normal, each time you have used your new battery then you should put it back on charge as soon as you can, do not leave it sitting in a semi discharged state for any longer than necessary, going out of your way to fully discharge the batteries will reduce their life span, so do not do it, they may be protracted periods where the batteries are not being used, if this is the case ensure they are fully charged first.
