Battery replacement for Kymco Komfy-4 EQ30FA and Komfy-8 EQ35JA mobility scooters, sealed AGM rechargeable high quality batteries on offer at low prices
The Kymco Komfy range is packed with many different features that you would expect from modern. Advanced mobility scooters such as adjustable suspension, alloy style wheels, LED lights all round and as the name suggests a quality, breathable comfort captain seat. The main difference between these two is the top speed, one is 4mph and the other 8mph.

The original batteries that would have come with these scooters would have 45ah, these batteries are 50Ah with the same physical size so already you are upgrading for no extra! They are not-hazardous, non-spillable, sealed lead, AGM batteries which are maintenance free although you should still take care of them which is fairly simple. Firstly, they should be fully charged upon delivery and before first use but most importantly never leave in a discharged state, charge after every use until. Secondly, if you can refrain from using the last 20% of the charge then the battery will last significantly longer. Lastly, if not in use then a top up charge every four weeks will help slow down the natural self-discharge of them.

The batteries are mainly made from lead so very recyclable and therefore environmentally friendly energy storage. So please ensure that when the end of life has taken them over that they are indeed sent to a recycle canter, something like your local councils one that I am sure would be very pleased to receive them. they can then fulfil the journey ahead of them and perhaps made into something useful, maybe even another battery.
