Maintenance of new Eternity G04-12-066-2 G04-12-066-3 battery
This battery is classed as maintenance free however it still needs some care and attention depending on what it is installed into. As a rule though you need to fully charge upon delivery before it is used for anything, also charge fully after every use. Never leave on charge for more than needed and if five weeks or more will pass without use then a top up charge will be very beneficial to the batteries overall life.
Recycling GEL batteries
Typically these batteries will last somewhere between 3-6 years although depending on use can last much longer. Once the end of their life comes they are able to be recycled as these are environmentally friendly and can be made into something new. Please ensure they are sent to a recycling centre as this will fulfil the natural green life of this product and ensure that the energy source completes its life journey to a fitting end.
