Uninterruptable power supply machines are becoming ever more important in the modern world. The RBC163 however also is required for the new UPS dedicated to the gaming world. The BGM1500, BGM1500B, BR1500MS and BR1500MS2 is a very pretty looking UPS with fancy lights to inform you how the machine is doing. It comes with a whole host of other features like USB charging ports, multifunction LCD status and control console and plenty of plugs for screens, computers, streaming equipment etc.

Maintenance advice for RBC163 battery pack installed into a BR1600SI, BGM1500 and BR1500MS
The expected life span of these types of batteries is 3-5 years, according to APC. A dust-free climate-controlled room would be ideal, but not everyone has one, particularly with such a small battery pack. Rather, make an effort to keep the vents clean; dust frequently accumulates around them. In addition, we recommend using less than 40% load and running without any load after installation whenever possible.
Installation and user guide
Replacing the pair of batteries in this UPS is a simple task that most people can handle. To begin, ensure that nothing is plugged into the UPS and that all wires are disconnected. Place the UPS on its side and slide the battery door down first by pressing the tabs downwards and pull the battery door away from the unit to access. Using the handles life the battery pack up to expose the battery connector and unplug it. Take the old batteries out, replace with the new ones and connect them up and then slide the new batteries into the unit. Environmentally Friendly
They are recyclable because the main component of these batteries is lead or Pb, which can be easily converted into another product. They are typically designed to fit into systems that include energy-saving features that benefit the environment as well. Once they have served their purpose (including the batteries you are taking out of the UPS), please direct them to your local recycling centre.
