Landlex Gazelle battery maintenance advice
Charging and maintenance are essential for long and healthy life, just as they are for any rechargeable battery. There may be numerous pieces of advice available, each slightly different, but if you stick to a few basic rules, you should be fine. When you obtain your new batteries, the first thing you should do is charge them fully before using them. You should also charge your battery as soon as possible after each use and never leave it in a discharged state; a fully charged battery is a healthy one. Keep at least a 20% charge in them after a day's use if at all possible. Finally, if the device is going into storage or will not be used for more than five weeks, charge it first to help slow down the natural self-discharge process.
