There are two batteries in this set.

These lifts are made by Bruno, the most well-known stairlift manufacturer in the USA, and they exhibit true "Made in the USA" craftsmanship. With a range of standard features to suit your particular needs, this reasonably priced indoor stairlift provides years of dependable use. The Elan stairlift leaves plenty of space on the stairs for other family members to use, thanks to its particular super-slimline rail profile, which installs only 127mm from the wall. For a neat appearance, unlike many lifts, this lift's toothed track is concealed on the back of the rail. Its easy-to-use features include a simple arm toggle and wireless remote controls.

Charging Bruno-Elan battery
The stairlift will take care of the charging as it is charged continuously, but if there comes a period of four weeks or so when it’s not in use, turning it on to allow some charge to flow into the batteries will prolong the life of them. More details on this can be found in the user manual.

Environmentally Friendly
The batteries are recyclable; when they have reached the end of their life and are no longer working correctly in your stairlift, please ensure they are sent to a recycle point so they can be made into something else, maybe even another battery.
