Installation of new batteries:
Details on how to replace the batteries can be found in your user manual but with some basic knowledge and a screwdriver you should be fine. Please take all necessary precautions needed before starting this job. Firstly, press the button on the front left side of the UPS which will allow you to pull the panel open. Next, undo the screw holding the battery door in place and place the loose items to one side. Remove the battery pack and replace them with the new ones carefully. Lastly, secure the battery door with the screw and put the cover back on.
Maintenance:
Battery care is an essential component of battery ownership; without proper maintenance and charging, batteries will malfunction. Fortunately, some of the pressure is reduced with UPS systems because the batteries are continually linked to the mains electricity. However, there are certain crucial things you should do to support. Allow the batteries to run unloaded for a while after installation to help them become used to their new environment.
