The Illusion scooter by One-Rehab is designed to be one of the lightest options available, thanks to its construction from lightweight aircraft-grade aluminum. Its lithium battery pack adds to its easy-to-carry design, making it a great choice for traveling or putting in the back of a car.
With its quick and effortless split design, the Illusion scooter can be quickly dismantled and reassembled. Even the heaviest part of the scooter weighs less than 10 kilograms! Additionally, this scooter features both front and rear suspension to provide a more comfortable ride, especially on rough or uneven terrain.

This offer is for us to collect your One-Rehab Illusion or Endurance battery box in our heavy-duty transport container, bring it back to our warehouse, and install a brand-new lithium battery. We will then send you your battery box back for you to take out and install onto your mobility scooter.

Below are the steps clearly written out so you understand what the process is for replacing this battery.
- You order this replacement battery pack
- Please tell us a suitable date for collection where a driver will come to your collection address with a large heavy duty transportable box where you will put your battery inside.
- Your battery arrives back to our warehouse where we will check continuity of the external terminals to check that is a working device and replace the lithium battery inside, disposing of your old battery for you.
- We will check the battery box is working with a voltage reading
- Your box will be send back out you fitted with a fresh, ready to use battery.
- If at any point there appears to be an issue with your equipment we will stop and talk to you before proceeding

Please note, there are only so many of these we can do in one week, it is first come first served.
We are now able to convert a standard Illusion box into an endurance, so that will be the fitting of two batteries to double the distance that the scooter can travel between charges. We install inside the box a piece of equipment to control the energy flow between the two sets batteries. No need to change your charger. In this instance we would also need to add a controller module as stated.
Many of these boxes are constructed in a slighly different way, some have switches on the outside, some do not, we have not come accross a version that we cannot install new batteries in yet, but obviuously some are more difficult and require extra parts. We will always contact you if there is something out of the ordinary and discuss your options.
