Roma Medical is one of the world’s biggest mobility scooter suppliers and rightly so, They provide a vast variety of scooters from large, heavy-duty, off-road scooters to small travel scooters that can be used in shopping centres. The Roma Tulsa S245, in particular, is a mid-range size scooter that has all the features expected on a high-quality scooter.
On offer here is a pair of twelve-volt, thirty-eight ampere, non-hazardous, dry cell, maintenance-free, sealed AGM batteries manufactured by a brand leader. These batteries will be installed onto your Roma Tulsa, and the battery compartment can be found under the front and accessed by lifting the handle on the top and opening the box. Looking after your new batteries is pretty simple if you follow a couple of basic rules and any advice given to you by the manufacturer. Rule number one: After every use, put it on charge and do not use it again until its fully charged. This shouldn’t take more than a few hours. Rule number two, If the battery isn’t going to be used for six weeks, then a top-up charge is required to stop the natural self-discharge all batteries have.

It is not the normal standard size you would find on the high street so please be careful when comparing. Our batteries are confirmed to fit the Roma Tulsa-S245 and the others most likely do not.
