The Bohmer-AG WX-3800K-E is a portable 7HP petrol generator with a four-stroke overhead valve engine. It has a key-operated electric start and produces 3.8kVA to a pair of 24v standard UK sockets. Suitable to be used outdoors with up to ten hours runtime on fifteen litres of fuel. It also has a 12v output, which can be helpful for various projects. The electric start is a game changer over the pull start, which I am sure you might have experienced if you own one and the battery has started running down.

This replacement battery has the upright flag terminals required for fitment into the Bohmer-AG WX-3800K-E generator. The battery is 7ah, which is the same as fitted from the new; you may note that we can also offer a 9ah version, which is the same size and available as an easy upgrade in the drop-down menu above under available options. The 9ah battery will allow it to store over 28% more energy in the cells, which could be necessary on a cold, damp morning if you need power.
The battery will come out to you almost fully charged. As with any lead battery, the charging regime is essential. Charge when it arrives and if not being used for long periods every eight weeks. It will take several charges and use in the generator before it will be capable of accepting a full capacity charge, this is quite normal and part of the conditioning process that all rechargebl batteries will endure at the start of their productive lives.
