Looking after your new 6-FDQ-20AH 6-FDQ-22ah battery is straightforward. They just need to be kept charged. It should come with a pretty good charge when it delivered. But best practice with all rechargeable batteries is always to charge upon reciept and first use. If it is not being used for an extended period, recharge every four to six weeks. If it is being used to run a generator or other similar equipment, remember that it will need to run for at least twenty minutes before replenishing the energy used with an engine start.
