The Club Car Handyman's strong battery system is one of its main features. This car is powered by a 48-volt battery pack made up of six deep-cycle, 8-volt batteries. These batteries are made to deliver steady power, so the car runs smoothly and effectively. The typical batteries are flooded cell, also referred to as wet, and while they perform admirably, they do need periodic upkeep such as checking fluid levels and charging.
