Charge your new Veleco Looper mobility batteries when they arrive and are first used. Recharge after every use, even if it is just a short trip to the shops. If not used for long periods, recharge every four weeks to keep the cells in good order.
It will generally take around ten to fifteen uses of the scooter and associated charges before the cells can accept a full-capacity charge. This is quite normal and part of the rechargeable batteries' conditioning process at the start of their lives.
