JLG Power Tower Nano 830P 830SP platform battery.
Replacement battery set for the JLG Power Tower Nano and 830P 830SP vertical mast work platform with AGM upgrade available.
The JLG Power Tower Nano 830SP and 830P are innovative vertical mast lifts designed to provide efficient, safe, and versatile access solutions for various low-level work environments. They are powered by an electric battery system, which is both reliable and efficient. The battery supplied with the vertical mast would have been either a flooded type or the upgraded AGM, which, as the name implies, is the counterpart, can supply either, selectable by the version above under available options. These batteries are designed to handle deep discharge cycles, ensuring consistent performance over time.

Proper maintenance practices are essential to optimizing battery performance and longevity. These include fully charging the battery after each use, avoiding partial charging cycles, and storing the lift in a cool, dry place. Regularly inspecting the battery connections for corrosion and cleaning them as needed can also help maintain optimal performance.
To prolong the JLG Power Tower Nano and 830P battery's life, it is recommended to use the charger indicated by the manufacturer, charge the battery thoroughly after each use, and store the sweeper in a dry and cold location to prevent high heat. If four weeks go by without any usage, a top-up charge should be done to keep the batteries operational.
Chemistry: Flooded, wet (AGM version can be selected above)
Voltage: 12v per battery, combining to create a 24v system
Capacity: 105ah @ 20Hr
Two batteries in this set.
The AGM upgrade is the same physical size with increased ampere. However, the main benefit of using sealed batteries is the lack of liquid you have to maintain. AGM is classed as maintenance-free, but you do, of course, still need to charge them.
