As with all rechargeable batteries, charge before first use when they arrive. They often come fully charged, however may lose a little charge during the delivery process. To help prolong the life of your new batteries be sure to charge them after every use. If you are not using for extended periods of time, then a top up charge every four weeks will help to keep the battery cells fresh.
Changing the batteries on your scooter can be a very simple job; you may only need a Phillips screwdriver and another pair of hands. Firstly, turn the box upside down where you will see a few screws holding the case together. Undo these screws and the box should come apart, where you will be able to see your existing batteries inside it.
