This Ceteor 862-160 replacement is a High-rate sealed, maintenance-free pure lead battery often found in quality commercial Jump Start packs. It is the top end of battery design and reliability.
Even though the Ceteor 862-160 replacement battery is exceptionally well made and does not require any maintenance, it should still be looked after. Charge fully when it arrives and is first used. Charge as soon as you can after every use. Despite its excellent recovery options, leaving it in a discharged state would not be wise. A top-up recharge should be administered every six weeks if it's not being used.
We recommend that it's not left on a charger, as then you are reliant on the charger's capabilities; we would suggest it's removed from the charger when it has a full charge; overnight is fine.
It will take several charges and use in the equipment before it will be capable of accepting a full capaity charge, this is quite normal and part of the conditioning process all rechargebalke batteries go through.
