Check the pictures supplied, does you battery box look like this and 10ah or maybe 21ah for the Endurance which will be extra, if so we can help you. If you are in any doubt that the box looks different then send us a picture and we will advise.

This offer is for us to pick up your battery box in our heavy duty transport container, bring it back to our warehouse and install a brand new Aruka Cloud lithium battery. We will then send you your battery box back for you to take out and install onto your mobility scooter.

The fitting of this lithium-type battery is not straightforward, we will do this for you at our workshop, please ensure you read the steps below so you understand the procedure.

1. Ensure the box looks the same and order the service
2. Please tell us a suitable date for collection where a driver will come to your collection address with a large heavy-duty transportable box where you will put your battery inside.
3. Upon receipt of your battery box, we will check it over. Then proceed with removing the old lithium battery, disposing of it then fitting a new one.
4. We will confirm the new battery is charging and the box it outputting the relivant voltage
5. Your box will then be returned to you for use.

If at any point its apparent there could be an issue with your equipment we will stop and talk to you before proceeding.

Please note, there are only so many of these fitments we can do in a week, so it is first come first served.

We are also able to convert your existing Aruka Cloud and Endurance battery box from the standard 10ah to 21ah by fitting an extra battery and control module meaning you could double the milage that could be achieved on a single charge, no need for a new charger either, just use your existing one.
