If you are using one of these cabinets, then one can assume that you know how to look after UPS batteries but there are a few basic rules worth going over. Firstly, this sort of EBC should be in cool, dry and ventilated area. Secondly, try to ensure load doesn’t go over 40%, this will allow them to be in use for much longer. Lastly, during installation, ensure all the connections are tight and periodically check them for any signs of corrosion.
This product should be recycled when it has come to the end of its life as the cells have a high content of lead and are ideal for this purpose to provide a very green and environmentally form of portable energy storage, so please do recycle.
