This set includes four 12V batteries for the 48V Stahlzet SZ3200 ride-on floor sweeper.

The Stahlzet SZ3200 is a battery-powered ride-on sweeper with a 1250mm sweeping width for cleaning hard floors. It has an 800W drive motor and is powered by four 12V batteries that combine in the machine to output the required 48V and offer a working time of up to 3.5 hours.

Looking after your new Stahlzet SZ3200 batteries is not really that hard. They are sealed and need no general maintenance, except, of course, charging, which is paramount.

Charge your new Stahlzet SZ3200 batteries when they arrive and are first used. Try to charge them after every use; it's when they are left discharged that cell damage can occur. If it's not being used for long periods, then also recharge every six weeks to keep the cells in good order. One other note: this battery size isn't run-of-the-mill, so it's not easy to get. Think of that when planning your charging regime.

It will typically take between ten and fifteen uses of the Stahlzet SZ3200 ride-on sweeper and associated charges before it can accept a full-capacity charge. This is quite normal and part of the conditioning process that all rechargeable batteries undergo at the start of their life.
