We have seen the XG-SF2000e rebadged many times, including by LTS-UK, but also many others and available in many colours, in many countries. So far, everyone we have encountered has used the same physical size battery, and it's always almost impossible to obtain. We have come up with an alternative to suit and keep this otherwise nice little unit running.

Starter battery replacement for the XG-SF2000e Inverter generator
Our XG-SF2000e battery includes connectors.
This battery now comes with a pair of 6.35mm F2/T2 connectors. This is due to the device having ring connections in some installations. The original battery with these is just no longer available, but converting to spade connections gets around this without much difficulty. Simply remove the ring and crimp the supplied connections in its place.
Maintenance tips
Because these are frequently used by leisure users or for jobs that don't come up often, the XG-SF2000e battery may not be maintained during the winter months and may slowly discharge. This is not healthy for the battery, and if left for too long, it will eventually render the battery useless. We recommend charging the battery every 6 weeks when it is not in use, so everything works properly for your next use.
Environmentally Friendly
Because these XG-SF2000e batteries are largely made of lead (Pb), it is important that, once you are finished with them, they be taken to a recycling facility so they can be reused, rather than ending up in a landfill and harming the environment. This also applies to your old batteries, and if you are unsure where to dispose of them, please contact your local council, who will be glad to advise you.
Connector Update - we are now supplying the battery with two short bespoke cables, terminated with a spade connection at one end. plus at the other a ring, plus a nut and bolt so it can connect to the existing loop on your generator. Plus two lengths of shrink tube to cover the join. The nut and bolt are 8mm spanners; the shrink tube is activated by heat using a heat gun, a hot hairdryer, a soldering iron, or even a lighter. Set it so everyone has one of these at home.
