The iCAN X-05 is a travel-size, budget mobility scooter that comes with quite useful basket arrangements and other features, such as a captain-type seat and LED lighting. Like many formats becoming available today, the base model will be used across a few different product lines and is likely to change over time. Probably the best thing you can do is to look at the pictures we have supplied to confirm it is your model.
You will notice a picture of battery boxes in their frames. You will further notice that one is taller than the other. If yours is the smaller one, then you will have 12Ah batteries in it. These can be upgraded to 14Ah for more miles per charge. If yours is the taller one, then it would have come with 20Ah batteries; these are a different physical size, so it's important to get the right ones.

There are two batteries in this set, but you have some choices if you have the smaller box. We have seen them come with both push on terminals and screw down, you will see we have listed both options above, if in doubt look to what you have now, just open the box and have a quick peak. Secondly both terminal options can be upgraded, from the standard 12ah to 14ah for more miles per charge, again these upgrades are above.
The charge time typically ranges from 6 to 8 hours, which is standard for this type of battery. You must fully charge them after every use; leaving them discharged is the quickest way to destroy them. Please note that it may take a number of charge cycles before it reaches its full capacity; this is the same for any sealed lead battery. If not used for extended periods, charge every 8 weeks to keep the cells fresh.
