The battery is exactly the one that I needed for my Siemens phone. It fits and works perfectly. Because this is an unusual battery, it took about 1 month from order to dispatch. However, Battery Trader kept me informed regularly about progress. The call centre was marvellous when I queried the Parcel Force delivery delay and even offered to send me another battery if the original had gone astray in the post.
