If you are in the UK, represent one of the above and your department does not have a debit / credit card to order on our online portal (which is of course the quickest and easiest way of ordering).
Find the item you want on our site, make a note of the model number and description. Then you can open an account with terms for your order for current and future requirements.
Emailed order is often the way that many schools like to place, this is OK but it must have the purchase order number printed on it too. Please also include the following:
- Organisation Name
- Full Address
- Telephone Number
- Fax Number
- Contact Name
- Email address
- Description of goods required including where possible our part number
To sales (at) batterytrader.com
Companies not listed above
If you are Not one of the Bodies above but would like to pay by BACS or cheque on a Proforma invoice then please email the following information and we will raise a Proforma for you to make BACS payment against.
- Company Name
- Contact name
- Address
- Tel No
- Email address
- Plus the goods you wish to order
We will then email you a Proforma so you can make payment
Or a method that is preferred for most is to place your order on the direct website and elect to pay via BACS in checkout rather than credit card, this will complete the order and email you details of how to make the payment, the benefit of this for you is that there can be no mistake in getting the details correct for your order, shipping etc., we will then just tie the order in with the payment, probably wise though to drop us a quick email to confirm payment has been made to avoid delays in dispatch.
