The Amigo RT Express & Junior batteries that you receive from us in the order will be almost fully charged, but you should still charge them before first use. Just charge them until your charger indicates that they are ready. Do not be impatient; wait until this first charge is complete before using the equipment, as this will contribute to overall battery life.

You may notice that it will take up to 10 charges and associated use on your device before the batteries can reach full capacity. This is normal; you should charge your Amigo RT Express & Junior batteries as soon as you can after every use. Do not leave them sitting in a semi-discharged state. Do not try to discharge the batteries fully, as this can drastically reduce lifespan and cost you money in the long run. For any extended period when you are not using the batteries, make sure they are fully charged first, then recharge them every 4 weeks, but do not leave them on the charger for more than 24 hours.
