Original M6 terminals needed opening out to suit M8 screws on new battery but otherwise a simple replacement. New batteries do not have Velcro strip on base but this does not affect installation or operation. So far, so good.

I ordered these batteries later on a Tuesday afternoon and received them in excellent condition the next day via DPD. They only took half an hour to reach full charge and they have since then steadily increased their charge capacity with each cycle. The battery was just right. It took a good half an hour to replace the old one but a pleasure to see it working now. The only weird thing with buying from you was that I ordered and got no acknowledgement that the order had gone through until PayPal told me the had taken out the money. I decided to purchase from the battery trader firstly as their prices are very competitive. The customer service was excellent they were very helpful explaining the difference between the batteries asking how I use my scooter and suggested which battery they thought would suit my needs. The batteries arrived promptly, I was so impressed with the service I purchased new batteries for my mums scooter too!

Once confirmed via your live chat I ordered the twin pack which duly arrived and fitted them with no problem. Perhaps I can suggest that included with the battery four strips of adhesive Velcro so that the battery can be fixed securely in the case, managed to take the old strips off and out on new batteries.

Batteries arrived after delay from suppliers & took about 10 minutes to install. Seem to be giving considerably better distance than the 2 year old originals. Very happy.

I used this company as I didn’t know how to get into the box that held the batteries, or the batteries I needed. Many, many emails passed between us. The batteries were a perfect fit for the battery box of the mobility scooter. They arrived fully charged, and although I put them on charge immediately after fitting and left them charging, they didn’t appear to need it. We’ve used the scooter three times now, only for short journeys, and charged it straight away, and the batteries seem to be good. My only criticism would be that because the batteries had a different connection to the originals, I had to file the holes on the connection leads to enlarging them to accept the bolts for the battery terminals. This hasn’t affected the connection or the operation at all, just mildly annoying. ----- We do the smaller terminals as well, on a different page. -----
