The Rascal Veo and the Veo-X is a portable mobility scooter that will quickly break down into its component parts for transport in the back of a car with many features such as solid multi-density wheels and modern styling.
Which battery size do you need?
Now, these scooters can come with either a smaller or larger battery box. Depending on what option was chosen from the new. Measure the box, if, not including the handle, it stands at just under five inches. Then it's the smaller box, which takes 14ah batteries on this page. If it is taller, it will take the 22ah batteries, which you can select in the easy upgrades above.
This offer is for a pair of 12v batteries combined to produce 24v in the scooter. They are valve-regulated lead acid, they will not spill even if laid on their side, so they are ideal for a portable device.

Replacing them is very easy. There are just eight screws around the outside, from underneath, two of which are behind the spacers; we have tried to show them in the pictures for your convenience.
Please charge your new batteries before first use; we would recommend that you charge after each use as soon as is convenient. Far better to do this than to allow to sit in a discharged state for any period. If you are not using them regularly, then a top-up charge every eight weeks will keep them in check.
