Even though the batteries you receive from us will be almost fully charged you should still charge before first use, the period of charge need only be until the charger states they are ready, you may well be impatient just to fit and use the equipment but it's well worth waiting until its fully charged and will help extend overall life span

You may or may not notice that it will take a few charges and associated use in your electric vehicle before the battery is capable of receiving a full capacity charge, this is quite normal, charge your new batteries after each and every use, they are capable of many charges but this will be reduced if you run them down in-between, you should never go out of your way to fully discharge the batteries, this will only reduce its life span and cost you money in the long run, if for any reason they is an extended period where you are not using the batteries make sure they are fully charged first, then recharge every four weeks but do not leave on the charger for more than 24-hours
