The Shoprider Scootie, otherwise known as a Wispa, is a very lightweight and compact mobility scooter that folds down for easy transportation. The standard battery fit for this model is a pair of 12V 12Ah batteries. We have included their physical size further down the page if you are unsure what you have. This offer is for a pair of 12v 12ah batteries to replace the ones fitted as standard, we are also able to offer longer runtime 14ah ones, the details of this will be further down the page.

After you have fitted your new batteries, fully charge them before using them for the first time. They will be delivered to you almost fully charged, but that first one is essential. If you get the opportunity overnight, it's probably best. We strongly recommend charging as soon as you can after each use; it's better to do so than to leave it discharged for any period of time. Charge every eight weeks if not using them; do not charge for more than twenty-four hours.
