You may believe that the PowerPack has reached the end of its useful life if it has stopped working, but fear not; the most likely cause is that you simply require a new battery, which we can provide here. This is a replacement for the RPP210, RPP230, RPP240, RPP241, and RPP250 that Ring recommends.

How to maintain your new Ring Powering batteries
Your PowerPack should have come with a charger, which you should use. Ideally, you should insert your battery into the PowerPack and charge it until it is completely charged. Once full, you can remove the charge. The battery will keep a full charge for up to four weeks when not in use, so there's no need to leave it on for any longer than necessary. If you don't use it for four weeks, charge it until it's full again. After each use, make sure to charge until the battery is completely charged. Leaving a battery discharged is the worst thing you can do to it and will destroy it for future use.

If you intend to use this jump pack in a commercial or industrial setting (or even at home), we recommend purchasing a dedicated jump starter battery. Although the battery on offer here is of high quality and ideal for jump packs, the upgrade elevates it to the next level, allowing the jump pack to perform better.
