The batteries will come out to you almost fully charged, but you will still have to charge them before first use, your charger will advise you when it has completed a charge, the light will change to indicate this, while you may well be tempted just to fit them and go it's well worth waiting that short period to set them up in the right way before you start
You may or may not notice that it will take a few charges and associated use in your electric vehicle before the battery is capable of receiving a full capacity charge, this is quite normal, you should charge your batteries as soon as you can after every use, do not leave them sitting in a semi discharged state, do not try to discharge the batteries fully, this can reduce life span quite drastically so cost you money in the long run, if for any reason they is an extended period where you are not using the batteries make sure they are fully charged first, then recharge every four weeks but do not leave on the charger for more than 24-hours
