The batteries that you receive from us in the order will be almost fully charged, but you should still charge them before first use, the charger will have lights on it indicating whether it is still charging or not, you only need to charge them until they are ready, do not be impatient, wait until this first charge has finished before using the equipment, it will contribute to overall battery life
You may or may not notice that it will take a few charges and associated use in your electric vehicle before the battery is capable of receiving a full capacity charge, this is quite normal, charge your new batteries after each and every use, they are capable of many charges but this will be reduced if you run them down in-between, fully discharging your batteries will reduce the overall life span and they will need changing earlier, there may be extended periods where they are not being actively used, if so ensure they are charged first and then recharged every four weeks but do not leave on the charger for more than 24-hours at a time
