The Sealey Roadstart RS131 is a 12v car jump start battery pack with 900 peak amps packed in a composite case with rubber protection for throwing in the back of a vehicle and a integral LED work light and a handy cigar lighter type connection and DC charging.

There are a number of screws holding the two halves together, once these have been removed the front and back parts can be separated allowing you to change the battery inside.
This battery pack is valve regulated sealed lead acid with absorbed glass mat technology, this means is will not leak even if laid on its side making it particularly suitable for such a portable device.
Charging of your new battery is important, charge before first use upon receipt, charge it after every use and if not used for long periods then charge every 6-weeks but never leave on the charger for more than 24-hours, this is the only way to get a long life from your battery.
