The Quingo Toura-2 is the most powerful and advanced class three wheelchair Quingo currently produce at time of writing. Packed with loads of useful features, a carry weight of 35st/220kg and with a staggering range of 55-miles this wheelchair comes into a class of its own. Some of the features worth mentioning are;
Digital display showing you an array of different information.
Rear camera that shows on the digital display for reversing.
Simple to use controls.
Chassis mounted basket meaning easier steering under weight.
Adjustable extra long travel suspension.
Easy extended access seat slide.
The whole of the Quingo range is very good and each one meets different needs of the user. They all come with advanced five wheel stability technology. Having five wheels allows the scooter to combine the comfort and driving position of a three wheeler with the safer, more stable ride of a 4-wheeler. Having five wheels grants the Quingo range with some special features that are very useful, and hard to find in similar mobility scooters. These features include safer kerb handling allowing you to mount higher kerbs with ease, at an angle and without fear of toppling over or getting stuck.
The Quingo Toura-2 has unequalled agility, with a tight turning radius much smaller than other comparable mobility scooters, it really helps you a lot in tight places like shops and crowds, this minimise the need for reversing and three point turns.
Quingo feet forward adaptive footplate's give the user a much more comfortable and safer seating position, in turn this creates a more central centre of gravity, which adds to its ability to manoeuvre over potholes, bumps and kerbs. With lots of adjustments available meaning precise positioning of each individual limb, there will be considerably less stress on your back, hips, knees and ankle joints. All Quingo also benefit from 80% more foot area than similar 4 wheeled mobility scooters giving you much more comfort, lastly all Quingos fold down for easy transporting or storage.
Installing your new batteries shouldn't be too complicated and you should follow your manual that came with the Quingo Toura 2 carefully to avoid damage to the wheelchair and to yourself. A piece of advice would be to take pictures during each step of removing the old batteries which should make installing the new ones that much easier.
The Quingo Toura-2 mobility scooter requires two batteries, the physical dimension of each one are as follows for your convenience
