The original standard fit batteries for the Quingo-Classic are two 12v 34ah, but we also stock a longer runtime of 41 amperes that will directly replace the 34s since they are the same physical size. Having these batteries will give you more miles per charge but more importantly will leave more residual charge once finished using it, this means that the battery will last much longer if treated correctly, the link for these will be further down the page. Please read the information sheet with your order or our website for more information on battery care.
Quingo is a leading manufacturer in the mobility scooter world, mainly because their range of scooters is different to one another, and each one is designed for different situations. Three wheels are great for comfort and driving, while four wheels are much safer and more stable. Quingo combines these two to give you five wheels. The main advantage of having the five-wheel stability system that is fitted with every model, including the Quingo Classic, is its ability to go where you wish without worry. The first example of this is the advanced kerbmaster technology which means your mobility scooter will come with anti tipping and auto anti grounding wheels therefore reducing the danger getting stuck on a kerb, tipping over or something similar. Safer kerb handling also means that you can mount kerbs at an angle, giving you more freedom.
The Quingo-Classic has unequal agility, which means the turning circle is much tighter than that of other comparable scooters, giving you more confidence to go where you need to go. Areas with crowds and small areas like shops will be less of a problem because the need for reversing and three-point turns has been minimised.
A lot of adjustments are available on the Quingo-Classic, allowing you to precisely position each individual limb separately, therefore causing considerably less stress on your back, hips, knees and ankle joints. Another feature that all Quingo's come as standard with is feet forward adaptive footplate, which makes the mobility scooter much safer and more comfortable. This creates a more central centre of gravity, meaning more manoeuvrability over potholes, bumps, and curbs. This technology also gives the user an incredible 80% more foot area compared with other similar mobility scooters. The Quingo-Classic will fold down making it small enough to put it in the back of most commercial cars and vans.
