Please find below details to help you consider the decision of purchasing a new set of mobility batteries for your Scootermaster StreetRova, the energy required for use is stored in deep cycle batteries, they are 34-amp hour batteries, it uses 2 x 12-volt batteries, they are replacements for them, they are as would be required rechargeable type of battery, deep cycle capable which would be needed in this kind of application and not-hazardous and will not spill so therefore safe to use indoors, AGM and VRLA cells, more information about these chemistries will be found below

The batteries that you receive from us will be almost fully charged, but you should still charge them fully before first use, the time of the first charge will be dependent on the charger, just leave it on until its finished, this first step is important so do not ignore it, do not use without this initial charge, doing so can shorten expected life span
You probably will not notice but it will take up to ten charges and associated use in your device before the batteries are capable of taking a few capacity charge, this is normal, allowing your new batteries to sit without charge is not a good idea, as soon as you have finished using it put it back on charge, never go out of your way to deliberately discharge, this will only reduce overall life span, if for any reason you are not using them for long periods then you should recharge every four weeks but do not leave on the charger for more than 24-hours at a time
