The batteries that you receive from us will be almost fully charged, but you should still charge them fully before first use, the charger LED lights will indicate whether it is still charging or not, you only need to charge them until they are ready, this first step is important so do not ignore it, do not use without this initial charge, doing so can shorten expected life span
