When your order is delivered to you the batteries will be almost fully charged, but you still need to complete a full charge them before first use, the time of the first charge will be dependent on the charger, just leave it on until its finished, do not just install and go without this initial charge, doing so can shorten expected life span, it's well worth doing
It's not something that most will notice but it will take a few charges and use in the equipment before a full capacity charge is reached, it's part of the normal conditioning process, after you have used your equipment you should get a charge back into it as soon as you are able, do not leave it sitting around in a partially discharged state for any longer than absolutely necessary, fully discharging your new batteries will reduce the overall life span and they will need changing earlier, this will cost you money in the long run, if there are extended periods where you are not using the batteries you should remember to recharge every four weeks and do not put them away discharged, even partially, do not leave on the charger for more than 24-hours at a time
The battery type that we are offering her is VRLA and AGM, they need no maintenance, no topping up of fluids, they are sealed lead acid and valve regulated with AGM technology, they are not-hazardous and safe to use around the home or on pavements as well as travelling although if you are booking a flight you should check with the airline first
