The batteries that you receive from us will be almost fully charged, but you should still charge them fully before first use, the charge time will depend on your charger, just leave it on until it indicates its finished, this first step is important so do not ignore it, do not use without this initial charge, doing so can shorten expected life span
You may not notice it but it will probably take a few charges and use in your equipment before you are able to receive a full capacity charge in your batteries, this is quite a normal part of the conditioning process, each time you have used your electric vehicle then you should put it back on charge as soon as you can, do not leave it sitting in a semi discharged state for any longer than necessary, discharging the batteries fully will only reduce their life expectancy, it will do them no good and will cost you money in the long run, they may be protracted periods where the batteries are not being used, if this is the case ensure they are fully charged first, then top up every 4-weeks but do not leave on a charger for more than four weeks
These 12-volt batteries are very resilient and can be mounted on the side without any issues so suitable for use in electric vehicles, deep cycle capable which of course is essential in electric powered devices, no leaking, which means they can be used indoors at well as the road or pavement, they are the recommended VRLA type and benefit from AGM technology they are not-hazardous so safe for airlines but you should check with them when you book your flight
