Even though the batteries you receive from us will be almost fully charged you should still complete a full charge before first use, while you only need to charge until the charger indicates that its finished it is very important and not a step you should overlook, you might just want to fit them and use, but that would be unwise, missing out on charging them first could shorten overall life expectancy

It's not always apparent but it will take up to ten charges combined with use in your device before a full capacity charge can be achieved, this is the normal part of conditioning, once you have used your equipment put the batteries back on charge, do not let them sit in a partially discharged state for any longer than absolutely necessary, discharging the batteries fully will only reduce their life expectancy, it will do them no good and will cost you money in the long run, if there are extended periods where you are not using the batteries you should remember to recharge every four weeks and do not put them away discharged, even partially, do not leave on the charger for more than 24-hours at a time
