The batteries that you receive from us will be almost fully charged, but you should still charge them fully before first use, just charge them until your charger LED lights indicate that they are ready, this first step is important so do not ignore it, do not use without this initial charge, doing so can shorten expected life span

While is not something that most will even notice but it will take a number of charges and corresponding use in the device before a full capacity charge is reached, this is a normal part of the conditioning process, allowing your new batteries to sit without charge is not a good idea, as soon as you have finished using it put it back on charge, never try to discharge the batteries all the way down, this will only reduce the life span and cost you money in the long run, they may be protracted periods where the batteries are not being used, if this is the case ensure they are fully charged first, then top up every four weeks but do not leave on a charger for more than four weeks
