When you receive your order from us you will note that the batteries will be almost fully charged, but it is important to fully charge them before first use, the charge time will depend on your charger, just leave it on until it indicates its finished, make sure you do not miss the initial charge, doing so may reduce overall life expectancy
You may not notice it but it will probably take a few charges and use in your equipment before you are able to receive a full capacity charge in your batteries, this is quite a normal part of the conditioning process, each time you have used your electric vehicle then you should put it back on charge as soon as you can, do not leave it sitting in a semi discharged state for any longer than necessary, fully discharging your new batteries will reduce the overall life span and they will need changing earlier, this will cost you money in the long run, if for any reason you are not using them for long periods then you should recharge every four weeks but do not leave on the charger for more than 24-hours at a time
